Sr. IT Analyst

Essential Duties:

Identify comprehensive and creative solutions leveraging technology to improve key business processes and solve business challenges. Participate in projects from initiation through execution, delivery, and, production support.
Stay current with evolving industry trends and the regulatory environment to ensure that delivered systems are state of the art. Identify and implement process improvements to better both the speed to market and quality of the end product.
Assess system impacts for upcoming changes, define data processing rules, diagnose data quality issues and conduct unit and functional testing.
Design and implementation of ETL solutions, analyze data processing functions, methods and procedures in Oracle & SQL Server.

PL/SQL Programming to incorporate the enhancements in the application to keep the logic current & up-to-date. Creating test plan and documenting the test cases for Unit Testing & Regression testing.
Analysis of changing guidelines for Regulatory filings of regulators such as SEC, CFTC (Commodity Futures Trading Commission) every Quarter with the Business users and identifying the impact on the in-house Filing applications.
Documentation of Business specification and preparing Epics, Stories & Tasks in JIRA for the application changes.

Hyperion Consultant

Essential Duties:-

Support in the Hyperion application area, in order to address monthly application maintenance tasks, ad hoc user requests, month-end Flash and Financial Consolidation support, and support for several PAR initiatives.
We need a resource with Hyperion knowledge, specifically Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) experience, but will also support Planning and Essbase.
Purpose of this position include delivery of application enhancements and support of steady state activities within the Hyperion application, primarily focusing on the HFM module which serves as the financial consolidation tool for the enterprise. This includes changes to calculations, updates to hierarchy, and other ad hoc business requests, all while meeting expected SLAs.
Position will also assist in supporting several project delivery efforts that are currently in flight. Position should be experienced with SDLC project methodology. Reports directly to Applications Manager, Finance Delivery.
Support and contribute to system enhancements with respect to planning, design and implementation processes at a business unit within accepted MGT methodology.
Support active project timelines, contribute to delivery of projects on budget and on time.
Own HFM updates/changes/testing, focusing on meeting business timelines related to the Flash process. Technology delivery team (projects, enhancements) as well as maintenance and support of Finance users throughout the month, including month-end finance consolidation.

Required Skills/ Experience:

Sr. Java Developer

Job Duties :

System Design
Work closely with the Senior Product Configurator Analysts and the business partners to createNailing out design of Bill of Materials (BOMs) based on Engineering prints and existing Legacy ordering system that meet the product configuration requirements of the business.
Product Programming
Program the product configuration as required in the proposed design. This will involve understanding the design requirement, programming the system, unit testing the changes and End-to-End modelling of final BOMs including CZ structure and rule modelling is needed.
Production Support
Takes a lead role in resolving production order issues. This will involve working with the business partner and other members of the team to help identify the issue, understand the impact, propose a solution and implement the solution.
Documentation
